"After building AI systems for my human team, I went from 30+ hours a week locked in my office on admin to spending those hours with members, clients, community and, most of all, my family. The things only I can do."

12 weeks

for me to go from doing it all to handing it off, with my own team of VAs and AI employees and my own Command Center.

30+ hours

back every week. Less time locked in my office on admin, more time with members, clients, community and my family.

$2K a month

back in our pocket all summer. No random camps, just summer adventures and quality time with my kids every day.

Sundays free

Healthy family dinners planned and groceries in the cart, within budget, without me.

Where I started

I know burnout from the inside.

Watch my 60-second story, then read how it happened.

Not long ago I was running a spiritual community I co-founded and doing nearly all of it myself. The inbox, the tech, the emails, the calendar, the late nights.

Back then, I recorded videos of myself to talk things out and find some clarity within myself. I kept them, because I want you to see where I started. I also talk to Source every day, and I kept asking for clarity and guidance. It came, through connections with mentors who showed me another way.

Then I began handing things off. First to a small team of human virtual assistants overseas, then to a team of AI employees I built with Claude. One task at a time. That summer turned into the best of my life.

In the video, you heard me talk about my daughter. I took her out of after-school care so I could spend that time with her while she's still little. Not working in front of a computer. Not handing her stickers to keep her busy while I stare at a screen. Really with her. When she realized I'd be with her every afternoon, she was shocked and so excited. That moment is why I do this.

What freedom means to me

Being a human, not a robot.

I've been a full-time entrepreneur for over a decade, and I'm a woman who values family over everything. I've also felt the deep heartache of giving my time to everyone and everything except myself and my relationships. I remember wondering, "How did I end up here, in burnout, when what I wanted was a better life?"

Now my energy goes to the things that light me up:

  • Being there for my children's rites of passage and playdates
  • Regularly hosting meaningful, in-person gatherings
  • Being in love and connection with myself, so it shows up in my marriage
  • Knowing what I can ask for help with, instead of feeling so overwhelmed I don't even know what to ask for
  • Volunteering in my community
  • Cooking nourishing, love-filled meals

That's the life I protect now. It's the life I want for you, too.

Real stories, real Tuesdays

What freedom actually looks like

No theory. These are things that happened in my life this year, while I was raising kids and running a church.

Sunday, handled

“Every Sunday, our meals plan themselves.”

A task I set up with Claude runs on its own each Sunday. It pulls recipes from my Pinterest board, matches them to how my family likes to eat, and checks our schedules. Busy nights get easy meals, open nights get the ones that take a little more love, and the cart fills with what's left in this month's budget.

The outcomeA whole Sunday chore, gone. Saved recipes actually reach our table, on budget.

A latte beside an open book and handwritten journal notes

My AI team

“My AI employees work it out in Slack while I choose Sunday's readings.”

My AI employees talk to each other in Slack, passing work back and forth while I focus on what only I can do, like choosing readings for our Sunday service. Human tasks go to my VA. Big decisions come to me in a Slack thread I answer from my phone.

The outcomeThe work keeps moving, and my plate holds only what truly needs me.

Morning-walk editing

“Our videos got edited while I walked and soaked up the morning sun.”

Eric and I make interview videos for our kids' school, and our church shares a Whiteboard Wednesday teaching each week. Now Claude works inside Descript, our video editor. On my morning walk, I tell it what to cut and how to shape the story, and it does the edit.

The outcomePolished videos for our school and church, with no desk hours and no editing bill.

Built at the Y

“I needed an app that didn't exist, so I made one.”

At the gym I wanted to follow a yoga video and listen to a talk at the same time. Nothing did that. From my phone, I had Claude build a small web app that plays both, with sound on whichever I choose. Now it goes wherever I move, even the backyard.

The outcomeTaking care of my physical health while learning from mentors in other areas of my life, in the same hour.

My weekly scout

“Every Wednesday, a scout finds what isn't on the market yet.”

I built a scout with Claude for a committee I volunteer on. Every Wednesday it searches listings, news and public records, scores each lead against our wish list, and drops the best into a shared sheet. The same setup works for off-market investment properties, grants or retreat venues.

The outcomeResearch that would take a team hours every week, running on its own.

A family smiling together on the beach at sunset

Summer 2026

“The first summer I kept my kids home. No camps.”

I delegated more than ever before. My virtual assistants and AI employees kept our nonprofit running while I built a women's program, and I spent most of my days away from the computer, with my kids.

The outcomeThe best summer of my life, and I was actually there for it.

Developer estimates use $90 an hour, a typical rate for a mid-level US freelance web developer in 2026. My time and impact notes are my own, and building with Claude is included in my regular paid Claude plan.

If you can ask for what you want, you can do this.

Working with AI doesn't take much tech skill. It takes communication skill. If you can explain what you need to a friend, you can explain it to your AI team.

What you need to start

Four things. You likely have most of them already.

A laptop

For setup days and the bigger builds.

A smartphone

Where most of my building happens. Talk, walk, done.

A paid Claude plan

The home base for your team of AI employees.

A vision you can communicate

If you can explain it to a friend, you can hand it off.

One skill you'll set up

An inbox that cleans itself every morning and drafts your replies.

My Command Center

One dashboard for my whole life.

I built a Command Center with Claude. One glance in the morning and I know what's working, what truly needs me, and who can take the rest.

Wins in every area of life

Family, home, health, money and work. I see progress first, not just the to-do list.

Priority reminders

Only the few decisions and messages that need me. Everything else is already moving.

One-click delegation

A button on every task to hand it to my husband, my virtual assistants, my AI employees or our volunteers.

Try it: tap any button below to hand off a task.
Real moments from my Command Center, with private details left out.

In Burnout to Freedom, you build your own.

Courtney smiling as she holds her sleeping baby on an open-air porch by the sea

What I believe

AI is a great equalizer.

For most of history, building something of your own took leverage, influence and capital that most people never had. That's changing.

I believe AI gives more people than ever, especially those who have historically had the least of those things, the chance to build something that gives them a life of purpose. For mothers especially, that means a meaningful life back, with quality time with their family, that lines up with what they value most.

Is this for you?

Built for women. Open to anyone ready to stop carrying it all.

You run a business, a nonprofit, a home, or all three.

You're the one everyone comes to, and the list never ends.

You've tried to just be more organized, and you're still tired.

You're curious about AI but don't know where to start, or you tried it and it felt like more work.

Meet your mentor

Hi, I'm Courtney.

I've been my own boss for over a decade. In 2013 I co-founded a niche international retreat center, carrying my firstborn baby right along with me. I designed and built the back-end systems it needed from scratch, and it went on to welcome over 1,000 people from around the world. Ever since, I've been relentlessly finding the freedom to live life my way, for myself and my family.

In 2021 my husband Eric and I co-founded Psanctuary, a nationwide spiritual community that has hosted thousands of people, virtually and in person. Once again I designed and implemented the back-end infrastructure that didn't exist yet. I've held more than 50 circles and trained hundreds of people through programs I designed.

People keep telling me they're blown away by how I use AI. Truthfully, I just got tired enough to try something new. Now I want to show you how, with a lot less trial and error than I had.

Be the cause, not the effect.
